Baufritz has been building ecological timber homes since 1896, and the Bullinger is one of their more clearly modernist designs. The cubic form with clean lines and sophisticated detail gives it a contemporary residential character that sits at the more architecturally considered end of the Baufritz contemporary range. At just over 163 m° across two levels, the open-plan living spaces across the floor plan are designed for flexibility and natural light.
The ecological timber frame uses Baufritz's proprietary wood shaving insulation and premium ecological materials throughout, with large-format energy-efficient windows, eco-friendly water heating, and an advanced heating system all integrated. Extensive customisation options are available within the standard Baufritz specification. The allergy-friendly material standard applies throughout.
The Bullinger is a strong fit for buyers who want a genuinely cubic contemporary form with an ecological build specification to match. The exterior coherence and the interior quality both hold up at this scale. Interior configurations and finishes are fully customisable.
