That scale places it in a different category from the rest of the catalogue, and it is worth noting that four bedrooms and two bathrooms across that area implies a very different spatial strategy than a conventional family home.

The architectural approach mixes flat and pitched roofing elements, with extensive glazing, multiple balconies, and a covered terrace. Baufritz's patented wood shaving insulation and ecological timber frame construction are standard, and triple glazing with solar or renewable energy systems is available. Chemical-free materials and advanced climate control are integrated throughout.
