Hirt

Baufritz has been building ecological timber homes since 1896, and the Hirt is one of their most explicitly Alpine-influenced designs. The alpine-style pitched roof, balanced facade with timber elements, and attic space all directly reference mountain residential architecture rather than simply gesturing towards it. At just under 138 m° across two levels plus attic, the layout can accommodate larger family needs with the attic providing additional usable space.

The ecological timber frame uses Baufritz's proprietary wood shaving insulation throughout, with state-of-the-art energy-efficient heating, eco-friendly water heating, and modern utility systems built to German building regulations. Home automation options and contemporary accessibility features are available within the specification. The allergy-friendly material standard applies throughout.

The Hirt is particularly relevant for buyers with rural mountain or upland sites where the Alpine form sits naturally in its context.
