Baufritz has been manufacturing timber homes in Bavaria since 1896, and the Ideenreich V2 is a refined version of one of the brand's more experimental models. Two storeys, just over 88 m², with a mixed contemporary roof and an updated facade of modern materials. The layout is designed to promote natural light and fluid movement between spaces.
The ecological timber frame construction uses Baufritz's patented wood shaving insulation and improved climate control systems, with allergy-friendly, chemical-free materials used throughout. The V2 update brings enhanced heating systems and refined indoor air quality performance, which makes it a particularly considered choice for households with allergy or air quality concerns.
With five bedrooms across 88 m², the floor plan is efficiently arranged. Customisation is available on internal layout and finishes.
