Jackson
About This Home
Baufritz has been building ecological timber homes since 1896, and the Jackson is a larger two-storey contemporary design at just over 221 m². The flat, low-pitched roof and large-format energy-efficient windows create a striking facade with strong horizontal emphasis. Open-concept living areas run through the floor plan, with six or more bedrooms providing genuine family scale.
The ecological timber frame uses Baufritz's proprietary wood shaving insulation throughout. Advanced home automation, energy management, and modern climate control are integrated into the specification. The outdoor spaces are well-designed and function as a genuine extension of the interior. Premium ecological materials are used throughout.
The Jackson is well-suited to buyers who want a large, contemporary Baufritz home with a strong visual presence and an open interior layout. The combination of size, glazing, and modern detailing puts it at the more architecturally expressive end of the range. Interior configurations and finishes are customisable. German standards apply, with UK compliance confirmed project by project.
What We Love
The Jackson is one of the more architecturally distinctive large-format models in the Baufritz range: the flat roof, full-width glazing, and open plan layout create a genuinely contemporary home at a scale where the design ambitions are actually justified.
