The Mehrblick is designed around views. The name translates loosely as 'more perspective', and the architecture follows through on that idea with panoramic windows, an open layout across two levels, and terraces that push the living space outward toward the surroundings. At 12.51 x 16.30 m, it is a well-proportioned house rather than an oversized one, and the glazing is used purposefully rather than as decoration.
Baufritz's ecological timber frame system underpins the construction, with their wood shaving insulation and modern heating solutions applied as standard. The company has been manufacturing at their Bavarian factory since 1896, and the quality control that comes from that manufacturing heritage is evident in the finish and the structural specification. Smart home options are available, and the interior layout can be tailored.
German building standards apply throughout. UK compliance is confirmed on a project by project basis.
