Pawliczec
About This Home
Baufritz has been building ecological timber homes since 1896, and the Pawliczec is one of their more dynamically formed designs. The exterior uses bold geometric shapes and a mixed material contemporary facade that gives it a different character to the traditionally referenced models in the range. At just under 143 m° across multiple levels, the floor plan is well-organised with terraces and outdoor areas integrated throughout.
The ecological timber frame uses Baufritz's proprietary wood shaving insulation, with an advanced energy-efficient heating system and smart home systems built into the specification. The layout maximises natural light and connected living spaces across the multiple levels. Premium ecological materials apply throughout.
The Pawliczec is a good option for buyers who want a Baufritz home with a stronger architectural identity, where the exterior form makes a genuine design statement rather than working within a conventional residential template. Interior configurations and finishes are customisable. German standards apply, with UK compliance confirmed on a project by project basis.
What We Love
The Pawliczec's bold geometric exterior and dynamic facade set it apart from most of the Baufritz range: it's one of the few models where the architectural ambition of the exterior matches the ecological quality of the construction underneath.
