Pur
About This Home
Baufritz has been manufacturing timber homes in Bavaria since 1896, and the Pur is their most committed minimalist model. Flat roof, clean lines, large-format windows with minimal frames, and an interior organised around open-plan living with abundant natural light. The design has a disciplined quality: every element earns its place.
Construction uses Baufritz's ecological timber frame and signature wood shaving insulation, and the home integrates advanced home automation systems and accessible design features. The indoor-outdoor relationship is a strong feature, with large glazed openings connecting the living spaces to the garden or terrace.
At just under 88 m² across two levels with four bedrooms, the Pur delivers a genuinely efficient floor plan. Customisation on finishes and internal configuration is standard. German engineering standards apply throughout.
What We Love
Among Baufritz's range, the Pur is the cleanest expression of modern minimalism. The flat roof and large-format windows are executed without compromise, which is rarer than it should be at this price point.
