The ecological timber frame uses Baufritz's proprietary wood shaving insulation throughout, alongside advanced heating systems, climate control, and eco-friendly water heating. Integrated terraces connect the interior to outdoor spaces. Smart home automation and modern utility connections are part of the specification.
