Baufritz has been manufacturing timber homes in Bavaria since 1896, and the Stadthaus is specifically designed for urban plot constraints. The multi-storey format maximises floor area on a compact footprint, and the urban-appropriate roof design and contemporary facade are calibrated to work within city streetscapes rather than stand apart from them.
Baufritz's patented wood shaving insulation and triple glazing provide both strong thermal performance and meaningful noise reduction, which is a practical advantage in city environments. The floor plan uses the available space efficiently, with multifunctional areas and smart spatial planning throughout. German urban building regulations are met as standard.
At just under 90 m² with four bedrooms, the Stadthaus is designed to maximise what a constrained city plot can deliver. Customisation on finishes and layout is available.
