Baufritz has been manufacturing timber homes in Bavaria since 1896, and the Urban is designed around city plot logic. Compact dimensions of 8.85 x 10.72 metres keep the footprint manageable on urban land, while the flat roof and contemporary facade integrate naturally into city streetscapes. Balconies and terraces extend the usable space without requiring additional ground area.
Baufritz's signature wood shaving insulation and high-performance glazing deliver strong thermal comfort in environments where external temperature variation and noise are both practical considerations. The construction meets Baufritz's usual ecological standards throughout. Room layouts are designed to work efficiently at this footprint, and smart utility connections are included.
At just under 95 m² with five bedrooms, the Urban achieves an efficient density. Customisation on finishes and internal configuration is available.
