Wiesenhütter

The Wiesenhütter is a narrow-plot specialist. At 7.64 metres wide, it is designed to work on sites where most homes simply will not fit, yet it delivers three storeys of living across nearly 97 m². The Bauhaus-influenced design makes a virtue of the narrow footprint: clean horizontal lines, generous glazing, and a roof terrace that adds usable outdoor space where garden might otherwise be limited.

Floor-to-ceiling windows run across the south-facing elevation, which both floods the interior with daylight and connects the living spaces to the landscape outside. The ecological timber frame and Baufritz's wood shaving insulation deliver the same thermal and air quality performance as the wider range.
