The Casita Studio is Boxabl's flagship single module ADU, offering 361 sq ft in a studio layout. It ships folded on a standard transport vehicle and unfolds on site in approximately one hour. The unit is fully factory-fitted with kitchen, bathroom, HVAC and electrics. It is available in two code variants: modular (built to residential code) and park model RV (ANSI A119.5). Pricing is quoted by Boxabl as an estimated monthly financing figure; no lump-sum base price is published on the Boxabl site directly.

Offering the same unit in two code pathways, residential modular or park model RV, lets buyers choose the legal classification that fits their site rather than being locked out by zoning: not many factory built studios are designed with that decision built in.
