The modum 7 Sample 2 is a two-storey MODUM series model from HUF HAUS, covering 111 m² with the brand's signature post-and-beam timber frame and floor-to-ceiling glazing. At this size and storey count it suits a family configuration, with the MODUM series' standardised approach keeping the process more streamlined than a full ART bespoke commission.
Two bathrooms and three bedrooms across two floors gives a practical layout for a family of four or five. Triple glazing and high-performance insulation are standard. The open-plan ground floor and natural light emphasis are consistent with the MODUM range. Optional solar integration and smart home readiness are available.
