The MODUM 8 Sample 4 is a larger interpretation of the MODUM 8, at 136 m² with three bedrooms and three bathrooms across two storeys. The layout accommodates a family well, with an open-plan ground floor and dedicated upper-level bedrooms, and the extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing brings through strong natural light. The post-and-beam structure is exposed in the interior, as it is across all HUF HAUS designs.
Triple glazing and high-performance thermal insulation are standard. Solar integration is available as an option. Smart home readiness and premium finishes are included in the specification. Certified sustainable materials and compliance with German engineering standards apply throughout.
For larger families who want the MODUM series' more streamlined commissioning process but need more bathrooms and flexible accommodation than the standard MODUM 8 samples offer, this configuration is worth looking at.
