It is a single-bedroom container conversion for holiday use, with high-specification insulation and modern heating suited to the Scottish climate as well as the wider UK market. The specification is consistent with the rest of the Iron and Pine range: open-plan layout, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and complete plumbing and electrical installations.
Six kitchen styles are available for customisation. The unit is built to UK standards and delivered nationwide. The shipping container construction means a level, prepared foundation is required on site.
The Coorie is positioned as a couples' retreat or romantic getaway unit, which makes it well suited to glamping and leisure businesses targeting that market.
