Construction is steel frame with EPDM rubber roofing and premium insulation in walls, floor, and ceiling. Double-glazed aluminium windows include enhanced security features. Optional bathroom and kitchen facilities can be added to extend the building's function beyond a simple studio. A 10-year structural warranty is included.
