The Modulodge from Moduloft is a one-bedroom modular build that starts at 30 m² and can scale up to three bedrooms depending on configuration. It is built to full residential standards with a concrete base, high-performance insulation, and double-glazed windows and doors throughout. Multiple external cladding options and roof styles allow meaningful exterior customisation.

Electric or air source heat pump installation is available, as is solar panel readiness and smart home integration. The interior is fully fitted with a kitchen and living space, and the plumbing is compliant and ready for use. Project management from design consultation through to installation is included in the service. Delivery runs 12 to 20 weeks depending on specification.
