The Roost36 is Perch & Nest's flagship 36-foot tiny house on wheels, designed for families of up to four. It is the company's most recognized model, having been featured on HGTV House Hunters, in Dwell magazine, and at national tiny house festivals. Each build is custom; documented examples include 2017 and 2022 builds. A 2022 example was listed on the resale market at $150,000. The manufacturer's replication cost for earlier builds was cited at $140,000.
