Honeysuckle Barn is Scandia-Hus's smaller barn-style model, at 147 m² with a traditional pitched profile and vaulted ceilings in the main living area. The open-plan ground floor integrates kitchen and dining under those vaulted ceilings, which gives the space a quality well above its footprint. There is an optional ground floor bedroom and utility room, which increases the model's adaptability for different household types.
The structure uses sustainable Swedish timber throughout, with triple-glazed windows, high-performance insulation, and an integrated air source heat pump. Solar panels are an available option. External cladding choices include timber, brick, and render. All Scandia-Hus homes meet UK building regulations and come with a ten-year structural warranty.
