The entire living arrangement is on one level, which makes it a clean and straightforward option for single occupants, couples, or buyers specifically prioritising accessibility. The traditional pitched roof and timber frame construction sit within the same architectural language as the Woodreeves Bungalow, without the complexity of a multi-storey plan.
Double or triple glazing is available, and the build specification complies with current UK building regulations. Layout and materials can be customised to individual requirements. The simpler construction relative to two-storey models translates to a more manageable build process and cost structure.
