House 210 is WeberHaus's most environmentally ambitious model, designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5 which is among the highest sustainability certifications available for UK residential buildings. At 204.86 m² across two floors, it combines the prefabricated timber frame and ÖvoNatur Therm building envelope standard to WeberHaus with an extended eco specification: solar PV readiness, water-efficient plumbing, eco-friendly facade materials, and optional sustainable landscaping.
Triple glazing, a WeberLogic 2.0 smart home system, energy-efficient appliances, and advanced eco-heating technology complete the package. This is not a standard residential build dressed up with solar panels: the Level 5 certification represents a whole-building ecological approach from foundation to roof. Both UK and German building standards are met.
