House 644 is one of their larger export models at 344 m², with an open-plan two-storey layout and large triple-glazed windows throughout. The ÖvoNatur Therm building envelope is WeberHaus's proprietary insulation and airtightness system, developed to meet the demanding energy performance standards of the German market and transferable to UK projects.
Advanced heating technology, climate control, and the WeberLogic 2.0 smart home system are integrated as standard. The mixed contemporary and traditional facade reflects WeberHaus's approach to German engineering without the purely minimalist aesthetic of some European competitors. Both UK and German building regulations are met. Customisation is available on layouts and finishes.
