The XL 470 is a factory built 470 sq ft modular unit delivered approximately 95% complete and built to IRC code. Standard inclusions cover spray foam insulation, a 3-head mini-split system, LG appliances, SPC flooring, and a rooftop deck. An optional 120 sq ft loft can be added, and snow load upgrades are available for higher-altitude sites. Available in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana only.
What We Love
Arriving 95% complete with spray foam insulation, LG appliances, and a 3-head mini-split already fitted, the XL 470 leaves very little for the site crew to finish, which is the point: most factory built units at this size still hand you a shell.
