The Brunt House is a modern, mountain-style prefab home designed to harmonise with hillside settings, featuring a stepped design aligned with the natural terrain. It boasts a floor area of 295.06 m_, strategically divided across multiple levels, which enhances both space utilisation and panoramic views. The structure includes four bedrooms, providing ample living space for families.

Constructed from ecological timber frame materials, the house employs a mix of timber cladding and natural stone, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability. Advanced features include triple glazing with large windows, which maximises natural light and improves indoor air quality, complemented by a patented wood shaving insulation system.

The Brunt House prioritises energy efficiency with an air source heat pump, underfloor heating, and optional renewable energy systems, such as photovoltaic panels connected to a Tesla Power Wall battery. These elements facilitate reduced energy consumption, making the home eco-friendly while adhering to UK building regulations.

Designed with health and comfort in mind, the home features a decentralised mechanical ventilation system and allergen-free materials. Its layout promotes an indoor-outdoor flow, with multiple terraces and balconies enhancing the living experience. The integration of these elements not only underscores a commitment to sustainable living but also creates an inviting and functional space that resonates with outdoor enthusiasts.
