The MTB Seven has an L-shaped footprint, which is the defining feature of this model. At 48 m² across the 8m x 8m plan, the angular layout creates natural separation between spaces, making it more functional as a residential annexe or multi-room setup than a standard rectangular module would be. Steel frame and composite cladding construction is consistent with the KC Modular Buildings range.
High-performance insulation, double-glazed aluminium windows, and an EPDM rubber roof maintain energy efficiency across the structure. Solar panel and smart home technology options are available. Installation runs 8 to 12 days, which is efficient for a building of this size. Custom interior layouts are available at order stage.
