Cabin 1 is an 1,811 sq ft modular home from the Cabin series, designed by Prentiss Balance Wickline Architects for Method Homes. The series incorporates efficient detailing suited to a range of western US landscapes. Cabin 1 accommodates two to three bedrooms and is delivered in four or five modules depending on configuration.

Four or five modules gives Cabin 1 more site-stage flexibility than most plans its size, which arrive as a fixed unit count. At 1,811 sq ft the Prentiss Balance Wickline design is also the entry point for buyers who need space beyond the 1,300 sq ft Cabin 2 tier.
