Two bedrooms and one bathroom serve the plan, which is suited to holiday use, short term rental, or guest accommodation. The kit starts from $67,145.

The Tahoe's open-to-below design, where the upper loft looks down into the main living space, gives a 1,000 sq ft mountain cabin the sense of volume that a standard bedroom-over-kitchen layout would close off entirely.
