Model V

The Model V sits alongside the Model E in the larger tier of the Vessel Houses range, sharing the same 37.7 foot footprint and approximately 390 square feet of interior space. It is distinguished by its panoramic 270 degree floor to ceiling glazing and flexible layout that can accommodate two to four occupants. Smart home automation, radiant underfloor heating, and an integrated bathroom are all included. The complete unit is assembled at the Garland, Texas facility, shipped on a flatbed truck, and placed by crane in approximately two hours with no on site construction needed.

Sharing the Model E's 37.7-foot footprint but configured for two to four occupants rather than a fixed four, the Model V gives buyers the same two-hour crane set install and panoramic glazing without locking in a bedroom count before they know who will actually live there.
