Catalina

The Catalina is a four module, single story home of 1,724 sq ft with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Built at Dvele's Loma Linda factory using recycled light gauge steel framing, it includes the Self-Powered solar and battery system as standard. Pricing is an estimated starting figure before upgrades and excludes delivery and onsite costs.

Four modules across a 42.9' x 72.3' plan gives the Catalina more floor plate per module than most Dvele single story homes, and the result is a three bedroom layout where the rooms have room to breathe rather than corridors squeezed to recover square footage elsewhere.
