It accommodates three to four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and is designed by Grouparchitect in collaboration with Method Homes for sites where a generous garage footprint is required alongside the main living area. Modular only pricing starts at $620,480.

Option 3.3 carries the largest garage in the entire Option series: 692 sq ft, room for two vehicles and workshop space. On a sloped western US site where the lower level is otherwise awkward to use, that is a meaningful piece of program rather than a token addition.
