The Studio is Hygge Supply's smallest single module home plan, covering 1,107 sq ft in an open concept layout with one bedroom and a full en suite plus a half bath. The plan is sold as a digital drawing set for use by a local contractor, with a panelized steel frame and SIP-type insulated panels forming the structural system. Helical or cement pier foundations are recommended.

At 1,107 sq ft the Studio is the entry point to the Hygge Supply range, and at $3,598 the plan set is the lowest cost of entry to their panelized steel frame system. For a guest suite, rental unit or downsized primary home, that is the draw.
