The Blue Crest is Ma Modular's two story urban infill model, covering 1,900 sq ft across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The design includes indoor outdoor spaces, a library, and upstairs bedrooms set apart for privacy. Its vertical footprint makes it well suited to narrow urban lots where a single story plan would not fit.
