The M2 shares the same 1,240 sq ft footprint and two module delivery as the 2M and 2M Shift, but has a different internal layout with 1.5 bathrooms and a 248 sq ft deck. Designed by Prentiss Balance Wickline Architects, it offers an alternative bathroom configuration at the same modular only price point as the 2M Shift. Modular only pricing starts at $378,200.
