The Option 3 tier is designed for sloped or split-level sites where the lower level can accommodate a garage or additional program. Modular only pricing starts at $384,160.

The Option 3 tier is purpose built for sloped sites, and the 3.1 puts that to work by fitting a 372 sq ft attached garage into the lower level of a four module package. Most two bedroom plans at this price treat parking as the buyer's problem; this one solves it in the factory.
