The Juniper is Green Canopy NODE's largest home series, a full-scale single family home available in single and two story configurations from 1,200 to 2,400 sq ft. Designed to Passive House principles and built entirely with all electric systems, it supports families requiring 1 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 3 bathrooms. Optional graywater recovery and solar with battery storage make it suitable for clients pursuing high sustainability credentials.

Construction
Build System Factory built modular home delivered 95% complete to site. Available in single and two story configurations. FSC or SFI certified wood and engineered wood framing. OSB and plywood sheathing. Insulation R-43.5 minimum walls, R-60 minimum ceiling on second floors. Passive House (PHIUS) design principles applied.
