The Model 3 is a 960 sq ft two bedroom, one bathroom ADU with an open floor plan, integrated porch, and built-in storage. Factory built as a backyard home for rental income or multi generational accommodation.

The integrated porch and built-in storage are doing real work in 960 sq ft: they remove the clutter problem that makes two bedroom ADUs feel cramped, and give the unit an entry sequence rather than a door that opens straight into living space.
