The Model 4 is Steelblox's largest ADU offering at 1,200 sq ft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Factory built to approximately 95 percent completion before delivery.

Two full bathrooms in a 1,200 sq ft ADU is rarer than it should be: most builders cut to one at this size to simplify the plumbing run. The Model 4 keeps both, which makes multi generational use or longer-term rental considerably more practical.
