The Solitude is a 2,896 sq ft five-to-six-bedroom panelized home with the primary suite positioned on the main level alongside a flex room. The upper floor adds a large family room, balcony, and additional bedrooms. A completed project in Shurtz Canyon demonstrates the plan at six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a three car garage configuration.

Putting the primary suite on the main level is the practical choice most two story family homes overlook, and the Solitude does it at 2,896 sq ft with enough room upstairs for a family room, balcony, and multiple additional bedrooms.
