The Abodu One is a 500 sq ft one bedroom ADU with a galley kitchen, full bathroom and two built-in closets. Built in Abodu's factory and installed as fast as one day on site, it uses state pre-approved plans to compress the permitting timeline. The base price covers foundation, permits and installation; average upgrades add around $46,300 and permit fees average a further $17,000.

Factory built and crane set in a day on site sounds like marketing until you consider the alternative: a six-to-twelve month site build in a back garden with planning uncertainty at every stage. State pre-approved plans and a one-day install are the actual product.
