A pass-through galley kitchen and bathroom connect the living and sleeping areas without any hallway, while tall spaces and strategic glazing extend the sense of volume. The model has been installed across a wide range of locations including the Oregon Coast, Hood River, Wyoming, the San Juan Islands, and California.
What We Love
Eliminating the hallway and routing movement through a pass-through galley kitchen and bathroom recovers every square foot of a 560 sq ft plan. The nw.modern was built on that premise from its original 400 sq ft conception, so the constraint is design intent, not compromise.
