The 1,482 sq ft layout accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A wraparound deck is uncommon on a three bedroom modular, and the carlton adds tall transoms above the sliding doors to pull light in even when the doors are closed. At 1,482 sq ft those two decisions together make the interior feel larger than the plan suggests.
