About This Home

The 600 Model is GO Logic's most compact GO Home offering, providing a one bedroom, one bathroom layout across 623 sq ft of living space. The home is built using GO Logic's factory panelized system in Belfast, Maine, and meets Passive House energy performance standards. An 86 sq ft covered deck is included, with an optional screened porch available.

What We Love

Building to Passive House standard at 623 sq ft is harder than at larger scales: the ratio of envelope to floor area works against you. That the GO Logic 600 Model holds the same Passive House performance as the 2,130 sq ft flagship is the real achievement.
