Moab

The Moab is a 1,248 sq ft panelized home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage linked by a covered breezeway. A welcoming front porch and large windows define the exterior character. A completed project example shows standing seam roofing and warm horizontal wood siding with black metal accents.

The covered breezeway between the house and the two car garage is a small detail with a real-world payoff: it means every grocery run or school-run return does not involve rain, and most 1,248 sq ft plans do not bother with it.
