The Urbaneer 660 is Dweller's largest model and the only two bedroom option, at 660 square feet with one bathroom. Built offsite and installed on a concrete stem wall foundation across Oregon. Price is all-in, covering design, permits, construction, installation, utilities and landscaping.

Two bedrooms in a backyard ADU is the layout most buyers want and the one most builders do not offer below 700 sq ft. The Urbaneer 660 delivers it at 660 sq ft on a 44 x 15 ft footprint, all-in price included: no separate permits bill, no installation surcharge.
