Covered decks extend from both the living space and the bedroom, with tall interior volumes and strategically positioned windows admitting generous natural light. The layout includes a fully appointed kitchen and a spacious tile shower.

Designed from a Yakima Valley vineyard brief, the piccolo runs covered decks off both the living space and the bedroom independently, so each zone has its own outdoor extension rather than a single shared porch at 533 sq ft.
