The design aims to make great architecture accessible, functional, and built for everyday life.

Varying the ceiling height between the bedroom wing and the living areas does two things at once: it calms the private spaces while opening the social ones, and it creates a roofline with visual rhythm rather than a single flat ridge across 1,455 sq ft.
