The Urban M2 is Tru Form Tiny's most affordable model, designed for budget-conscious buyers who do not want to compromise on materials or craftsmanship. The 20-foot model offers 262 sq ft of cleverly designed space with dual lofts, full sized appliances, and custom welded stairs. A 22-foot variant is also available. Built on a custom two axle trailer and RVIA certified.

At $89,000, the Urban M2 is the entry point of the Tru Form range, but dual lofts, custom welded stairs, and RVIA certification mean the savings are in the footprint, not in what it is made of.
