Designed by Alchemy Architects and manufactured by Plant Prefab, it targets LEED Platinum and net zero energy standards and includes in-unit laundry. Hard costs cover factory fabrication, transport, installation and sitework.
What We Love
An integrated garage alongside a one bedroom ADU resolves both the dwelling and the parking on the same footprint. On California lots, losing an existing garage to an ADU can trigger planning objections. The LightHouse 2X avoids that problem by design.
