The LightHouse XL is a 600 sq ft one bedroom ADU and the largest standard variant in the LightHouse LivingHome series, designed by Alchemy Architects and manufactured by Plant Prefab. It is a factory built single module unit that installs in one day, includes in-unit laundry, and is built to LEED Platinum and net zero energy standards. Hard costs cover factory fabrication, transport, installation and sitework.
What We Love
At 600 sq ft the LightHouse XL sits at the upper end of what a single factory built module can achieve at one-day installation. It is the point in the LightHouse range where the one bedroom layout gains enough room to function properly without the cost of a two module build.
